We want you and your pup to love everything from Petite Paws Boutique! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

14-Day Return Policy

Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in its original condition - unworn, unused, unwashed, free of pet hair and odors, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

We understand that finding the perfect fit for your petite pup can sometimes take a try-on. Items may be briefly tried on for sizing, but merchandise showing signs of wear will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, as applicable. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Please allow 3-5 business days after your refund is processed for your financial institution to post the credit to your account. Refunds vary based on your financial institution. 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Petite Paws Boutique.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Petite Paws Boutique cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.

Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Final sale or clearance merchandise

Gift cards

Personalized or custom-made items

Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or contain pet hair or odors

Sizing

Please review the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering. Because sizing can vary between brands and styles, we recommend measuring your pup carefully before selecting a size.
